This is a 4 month fusion coaching and implementation program that is delivered virtually and furthered with heavy amounts of coaching and practitioner support to make sure you do the work and feel supported. Upon starting, you will also take a comprehensive assessment of your current health status to further clarify how your body is interacting within its environment, so you are more informed to make the best choices based on your individual scenario.
